Abdullah A.M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. announced that the Commercial Court in Dammam approved the company’s request of extending the deadline for submitting the proposal for financial reorganization.
The company said in a bourse statement that the court approved to grant an additional period extending until Ramadan 17/9/1442H for submitting the proposal.
It is currently difficult to determine the financial impact and developments from the procedures of the financial restructure, the statement said.
