Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) shareholders will vote on approving the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting slated for May 5, 2021, according to a bourse filing.
They will also appoint an auditor for reviewing financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2021, and Q1 2022.
Shareholders will vote on discharging the board from liability for 2020 and delegating the board the authorization powers of the general assembly stipulated in Article 71 (1) of the Companies Law.
Voting on the agenda items will start from May 1, 2021, until the end of the meeting through Tadawulaty services.
