Shareholders of Saudi Airlines Catering Co. (SACC) will vote on authorizing the board to pay interim dividend for 2021 on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, during the ordinary general meeting scheduled for May 5, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.
Shareholders will vote on the transactions and contracts concluded with Newrest Holding Group and Strategic Catering Co.
They will also appoint a new external auditor, discharge board members from liabilities for 2020 and vote on SAR 3.8 million in board remuneration.
