Al Gassim Investment Holding Co. (GACO) announced that it held a meeting on April 15, 2021, with the tenant of the company’s project in Shari region, according to a bourse filing today, April 18, 2021.
The two parties discussed the impact of the decision to own a part of the land handed over to GACO on lease.
Any effect will be disclosed later after finalizing discussions with the tenant, the statement added.
According to data compiled by Argaam, GACO was allowed by virtue of a letter from the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, dated on June 15, 2020, to own a 74.04 million square meter land plot out of the total area granted thereto in Shari, Qassim.
