Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) submitted today, April 25, 2021, a request to capital increase through a SAR 265 million rights issue to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the company said in a bourse filing.
Any updates in the matter will be announced in due course.
In December 2018, AICC board of directors recommended a capital hike through a SAR 265 million rights issue.
