National Agricultural Development Co.'s (NADEC) shareholders approved the board of directors' report, auditor's report, and financial statements for 2020, during an ordinary general meeting held on April 22, 2021, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders also endorsed the payment of SAR 1.750 million as remuneration for board members for 2020. They appointed KPMG as external auditor to review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 of 2021 and Q1 2022.
