Lazurde Company for Jewelry’s board of directors approved, on April 24, 2021, the appointment of Mohammed Ebrahim Juma Al Shroogi as chairman and Abdullah Abdulaziz Saleh Al Othaim as vice chairman for the new three-year term starting today, April 26.
The company said in a bourse statement that the board also decided to appoint Ayman Gamil Salem Ammar as the secretary of the board of directors.
The board approved the formation of the executive committee with Brian Norman Dickie as the chairman, Selim Chidiac as CEO, and Saud Ghassan Alsulaiman and Abdullah Abdulaziz Saleh Al Othaim as members.
The board also approved the formation of the remuneration and nominations committee with Salim Maroun Fakhouri as the chairman, and Sabah Khalil Almouyyed, Samer Mohammed Al-Khawashki, and Brian Norman Dickie as members.
The representatives are appointed to represent the company before the Capital Market Authority and Saudi Tadawul Group for all purposes related to compliance with the regulations
