Knowledge Economic City (KEC) opened the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting July 28, 2021.
Applicants can submit their applications for nomination as of today, April 26, 2021, until May 26, 2021, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
