Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund will pay Q1 2021 cash dividend on April 29, 2021, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.
Earlier this month, the fund said it will pay a 1.3% cash dividend for the 3-month period from Jan. 1, 2021, until March 31, 2021, at SAR 0.13 per unit, amounting to SAR 8.85 million, Argaam reported.
