Saudi Printing shareholders elect new board members for upcoming term

Saudi Printing & Packaging Co.’s shareholders approved the election of new board members for the three-year term starting May 7, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on April 28, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

The board members are Adel bin Marzouq Al-Nasser, Mohammed Amin Dawood Kashgari, Fahad Ibrahim Al-Mufarraj, Turki Omar Saleh Buqshan, Khalid Mohammed Al-Hugail, Mohammed Zamil Al-Laabon, Saleh bin Hussain Al-Dwais, Mohammed Abdulfatah Nazer, and Mohammed bin Mutlaq bin Al-Amaj Al-Qahtani.

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee, its tasks, work controls and remunerations for its members for the same term.

Turki Omar Buqshan, Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Arfaj, Waheed Mohamed Nababteh, and Bashar Ali Abdulhadi Abdulrahman were elected as the audit committee members.

Meanwhile, they approved discharging board members from liability for 2020, and endorsed the transactions that will be concluded with Saudi Research and Marketing Group, Saudi Research and Publishing Co., Gulf Advertising and Public Relations Co., and Taoq Research and Public Relations Co.
