National Industrialization Co.'s (Tasnee) shareholders approved audited financial statements and audit report for 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on April 29, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders also ratified the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during 2020.
In addition, they approved other items on the meeting’s agenda, including appointing external auditor to audit the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3, and Q4 2021, as well as 2021 and Q1 2022.
Meanwhile, they approved a board remuneration of SAR 350,000 for 2020.
