Shareholders of Saudi Airlines Catering Co. (SACC) will start today, May 2, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for May 5.
Shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividend on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis for 2021.
They will also vote on the transactions and contracts concluded with Newrest Holding Group and Strategic Catering Co.
