Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) received 284 units at Al-Dahia residential project in Al-Rimal neighborhood from the contractor, as construction works at the project were 95% complete.
The remaining units are in progress to be received during the second and third quarters of the year, the developer said in a bourse filing.
In June 2017, Al Akaria signed a construction contract with its 60%-owned subsidiary, Saudi Real Estate Construction Co., to build 511 residential units at a total cost of SAR 538.28 million in Al-Rimal neighborhood, according to data compiled by Argaam.
Last month, the company said construction works in Al-Dahia residential project are 94% complete.
