National Gas and Industrialization Co.'s (GASCO) shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation on the distribution of 5% cash dividend for 2020, or SAR 0.5 per share, amounting to SAR 37.5 million., during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 22, 2021.
Shareholders will discuss the disbursement of additional fees to the auditor - Ernst & Young - as recommended by the Audit Committee for auditing financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2020 and Q1 2021.
They will also vote on approving the board and auditor report and financial statements for 2020.
