Shareholders of Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) will vote on approving the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting which will be held on June 9, 2021, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will also discuss discharging the board members from liability for 2020.
Shareholders will vote on the appointment of an external auditor to review the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.
They will also vote on delegating to the board of directors the powers of the general assembly stipulated under the Companies Law, for a period of one year starting from the date of the approval by the general assembly or until the end of the delegated board of directors’ term, whichever is earlier.
