Saudi Printing reappoints Adel Al-Nasser as chairman, Mohammed Kashqari as deputy chairman

Saudi Printing & Packaging Co.’s (SPPC) board of directors approved reappointing Adel bin Marzouq Al-Nasser as chairman of the board of directors (independent) and Mohammed Amin Dawood Kashqari as deputy chairman (non-executive), for the three-year term starting May 7, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.

Moreover, the board decided to appoint Fahd Ibrahim Al-Mufarrij (executive) as managing director.

The board of the Saudi-listed firm approved the formation of the executive committee from the following members: Adel bin Marzouq Al-Nasser (independent) - chairman of the committee; Mohammed Amin Dawood Kashqari (non-executive); Saleh bin Hussain Al-Dowais (non-executive); Fahd Ibrahim Al-Mufarrij (executive) - Managing Director and Mohammed Abdulfatah Nazer (non-executive).

It also ratified the formation of the remuneration and nomination committees from the following members: Mohammed Amin Dawood Kashqari (non-executive) - Chairman of the Committee; Mohammed Zamil Allaboon (independent); Khalid Mohammed Al-Huqail (independent) and Mohammed bin Mutlaq bin Al-Amaj Al-Qahtani (independent).

In addition, the board appointed the company’s representatives with the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Tadawul, and Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), and the board secretary.

SPPC indicated that the appointment of the audit committee was approved, in accordance with the ordinary general meeting’s decisions, which was held on April 28, 2021.
