Saudi Enaya shares surge 200% in one year, reaches highest close since 2017

Shares of Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. leapt today, May 25, 2021, to hit their highest close since 2017 at SAR 51.10, with trades exceeding 4 million shares.

The stock is up more than 200% in a year.

On April 29, 2021, Saudi Enaya signed a binding merger agreement with Amana Cooperative Insurance Co., under which the former will be merged into the latter.

Established in 2012, Saudi Enaya was listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Feb. 27, 2012. The company focuses on the cooperative health insurance business.
