Arab Sea Information System Co.'s shareholders approved the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 25, 2021, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders also approved the payment of SAR 700,000 as remuneration for board members and discharging them from liability for 2020.
They approved the appointment of Dr. Abdul Qader Banqa and Partners Co. as external auditor to audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2021, and Q1 2022.
