Al Moammar Information Systems Co.'s (MIS) shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on May 26, 2021, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders also approved the paid dividend for H1/H2 2020, at 21% of capital or SAR 2.1 a share, the statement added.
