Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. announced today, May 27 2021, the resignation of four board members on May 25 and May 26.
The company said in a bourse filing that board members, Mansour Abdul Rahman Al-Qahtani and Mohamed bin Hamoud Al-Dahmali, resigned on May 25, while Mohamed Abdulaziz Al-Ansari and Turki bin Hamad Al-Jibreen resigned on May 26.
The resignations of Al-Jibreen, Al-Ansari and Al-Dahmali were due to difference in viewpoints as the rights of shareholders were above all considerations. On the other hand, Al-Qahtani resigned, citing emergency family circumstances.
Meanwhile, the company’s board approved on May 25, 2021, the appointment of Saud bin Thawini Al-Shammari as chairman for the three-year term started May 19, 2021. Mohammed Suleman Ali Al-Aoraini was named the vice-chairman.
Shareholders approved electing the board of directors for the three-year term during an ordinary general meeting held on May 19, 2021, Argaam reported.
