Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting held on May 30, 2021.
They also approved the appointment of an audit committee and its tasks for the upcoming three-year term ending Jan. 7, 2024.
They endorsed the appointment of an external auditor to review the financial statement for Q2, Q3, Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.
In addition, shareholders approved amending the remuneration policy for board members, committees, and executives, along with several business contracts.
