Saad Al Hammad, the official spokesperson for the HRSD Ministry
Minister of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), Ahmed Al-Rajhi, issued a decree appointing Saad bin Abdullah Al Hammad as the official spokesperson for the ministry, the state-owned SPA reported.
Al Hammad joined the HRSD ministry since 2017. He holds a bachelor’s degree in media and marketing communication from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and holds a number of specialized courses in the field of media and communication.
Al Hammad also worked in print and broadcast journalism and served as a media consultant for many government entities. He also participated in many local and international scientific forums and conferences.
