Saudi Arabia records 1,077 COVID-19 cases on Saturday

Saudi Arabia recorded 1,077 COVID-19 cases today, June 12, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 464,780, the Ministry of Health stated.

Recoveries reached 906, raising the total number of recovered cases to 446,960 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

Active cases totaled 10,267, of which 1,562 cases are critical.

The Kingdom reported 16 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 7,553.

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 348, followed by Riyadh (225), Eastern Province (149), Asir (97), Jazan (70) and Madinah (69).
