Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. announced that the board of directors accepted today, June 13, the resignation of Faris bin Hamad bin Faris from his position as independent board member and chairman of the nomination and remuneration committee, citing personal reasons.
The resignation is effective immediately, the company said in a bourse filing.
