Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on formation of the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term starting July 6, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on July 6.
They will also vote on determining the audit committee’s tasks, working controls, and remuneration of its members.
The candidates include Bashar bin Abdulaziz Aba Al-Khail, Saleh bin Hamad Al-Shanifi, and Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Hoshan.
Shareholders will be able to vote on the agenda items as of July 2, through the Tadawulaty service.
