Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. (Allianz SF) announced that the board of directors accepted on Jun. 15, the resignation of Andreas Brunner from his position as an executive board member, according to a bourse filing.
The resignation was tendered on Jun. 14 and will come into effect on Aug. 31. It was submitted as Brunner will assume another position in another company in the group.
Brunner joined the board membership on Aug. 8, 2019.
