Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Co. announced in a bourse statement that it received today, June 21, a no-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on the reappointment of Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Howaish as Chairman and Mansour Rashid Al-Bosaily as Vice Chairman.
The company also announced the formation of the executive committee with Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Howaish as Chairman, and Khalid Abdulaziz Al Rayes, Majed Abdul Ghani Al Faqeeh, Naser Yousef Al-Marzouqi, and Abdullah Al Sudairy as members.
The nomination and remuneration committee was formed with Mansour Al-Bosaily as Chairman, and Amr Mohamed Kamel, Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Rayes, and Naser Yousef Al-Marzouqi as members.
The appointed members of the risk committee include Majed Abdul Ghani Al Faqeeh, Mohammed Abdul Aziz Alshaya, Abdullah Al Sudairy, Ali Mohammed Alshamali, and Amr bin Mohammed Kamel.
The appointment of the audit committee was approved in accordance with the results of the ordinary general assembly (OGM) held on May 24.
Furthermore, the company appointed its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), as well as the board secretary.
