AXA Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders approved board and audit reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 23, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Alkharashi & Co. as external auditors to review Q2, Q3, Q4, and 2021, and Q1 2022 financial statements, and determine the fees.
During the meeting, they endorsed discharging the board from liability for 2020, as well as paying SAR 1.1 million as remuneration to board members for the same year.
