Nama Chemicals Co.’s shareholders approved the financial statements, as well as board and auditor reports for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 27, the company said in a bourse statement.
They also endorsed the appointment of an auditor for Q2, Q3 and 2021, as well as Q1 2022, in addition to discharging board members from liabilities for 2020.
In addition, shareholders approved the policy for reporting violating practices and dividend policy.
