Saudi Industrial Exports Co.’s (SIECO) shareholders approved the financial statements, and board and audit reports for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on July 6, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders appointed PKF AlBassam & Co. as an external auditor to review financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 and 2021, and Q1 2022.
Additionally, they endorsed the board’s recommendation to appoint Sulaiman Hamad Al Jedaie as an executive board member for the current board term ending June 16, 2022.
