Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Thursday.

1) Advanced Petrochemical Co. reported an estimated net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 436 million for the first half of 2021, a 68% rise year-on-year.

2) Ataa Educational Co. signed a Sharia-compliant banking facility agreement with Riyad Bank for a total value of SAR 278.25 million.

3) Alinma Tokio Marine Co.'s board of directors approved the appointment of Abdulmohsen bin Abdulaziz Al-Fares as Chairman and Hironari Iwakuma as Vice Chairman for the new three-year term started July 6.

4) Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) was awarded an operation and maintenance contract valued at SAR 131.6 million with Jeddah Municipality.

5) Mouwasat Medical Services Co. announced the completion of the construction works in its new Mouwasat Hospital in Madinah.

6) Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced that it has agreed to establish an equally-owned company with Abunayyan Holding Group to build and develop green data centers based on renewable energy in Saudi Arabia.

7) Takween Advanced Industries Co. (Takween) announced finalizing the terms related to China-based JOFO Nonwoven Co. Ltd.’s acquisition of 70% of its subsidiary, Advanced Fabrics (SAAF).

8) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. disclosed the highlights of its financial reorganization plan, which was accepted by the Commercial Court in Dammam.

9) Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) board of directors recommended the distribution of 10% cash dividend for the first half of 2021, at SAR 1 per share.

10) Brent crude on Thursday declined 6 cents to reach $73.37 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased 18 cents to reach $72.02/bbl.
