Saudi Arabia licensed 79 new factories worth SAR 715 million in June 2021, recent data issued by Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources showed.
The total number of factories that began actual production reached 88 last month.
The total number of existing and under-construction factories hit 10,138 across the Kingdom.
The total number of Saudi and expat workers in the industrial sector increased by 3,234 and 3,271, respectively in June.
