Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.

1) Yamama Cement Co. reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 132.6 million for the first half of 2021, a 24% decrease year-on-year (YoY).

2) Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 38.2 million for the three-month period ended June 30, 2021, a decline of 46% YoY.

3) United Wire Factories Co.’s (Aslak) board of directors declared a 7.5% cash dividend, at SAR 0.75 per share, for H1 2021, amounting to SAR 26.33 million.

4) Southern Province Cement Co.’s (SPCC) board of directors announced a 12.5% cash dividend for the first half of 2021, at SAR 1.25 per share.

5) Batic Investment and Logistics Co. extended its memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Al-Marshad Group Holding and Smart Cities Solutions Co. for three additional months, ending Oct. 29.

6) Takween Advanced industries Co. announced early settlement and amendment to the reschedule agreement of the existing balance, amounting to SAR 209.5 million from the Murabaha facility, following the early repayment of SAR 152.3 million.

7) National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) inked a lease agreement with Yamami Co. to lease an educational complex building in Riyadh.

8) Alahli Takaful Co. signed a five-year bancassurance distribution agreement with Saudi National Bank (SNB).

9) Brent crude on Friday gained 31 cents to reach $75.41 per barrel. WTI crude also increased 33 cents to reach $73.95/bbl.
