Knowledge Economic City’s (KEC) board of directors approved today, Aug. 1, the appointment of Amin Mohammad Shaker as Chairman and Ahmad Hasan Al Arjani as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.
The board also appointed the members of committees, board secretariat and company representatives for the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
Shareholders elected a new board for the upcoming three-year term, started July 28, 2021, until July 27, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting held on June 27.
They also appointed the audit committee members for the new term, set their duties and remunerations.
