Al Jouf Cement Co.'s shareholders appointed Dr. Mohamed Al-Amri & Co. as auditor from among candidates, during an ordinary general assembly held on Aug. 2, the company said in a bourse filing.
The auditor will examine, review and audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.
