Shareholders of Arabian Pipes Co. approved the audited financial statements, and audit and board reports for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Aug. 3, the company said in a bourse statement.
They also approved the board of directors’ recommendation to form the audit committee and define its tasks, work controls and remunerations for its members for the new term, starting from the date of meeting until May 21, 2024.
The candidates are Saad bin Falah Al-Qahtani as committee Chairman, Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Harbi, Saleh bin Abdullah Al Yahya, and Khalid bin Saleh Al-Tarifi as members.
