Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) launched an interactive investor relations (IR) webpage on its website and an IR mobile application on IOS and Android smartphones in cooperation with Saudi-based Argaam Co.
The new webpage and the IOS and Android-supported app enables investors to view all information, financial data and the latest updates about the company's investments and development projects.
They also give investors an easy access to the company’s financial statements, annual reports, governance policy and articles of association.
“The move comes as part of Jazadco’s efforts to enhance the level of its disclosure and transparency, and to facilitate investor access to all information and data about the company,” Bedor Alrashoudi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jazadco, said.
Alrashoudi affirmed Jazadco’s commitment to the best practices adopted in IR relations, through the state-of-the-art technology deployed by Argaam to display the financial rations and other information for investors.
The cooperation with Argaam was driven by JAZADCO’s plan to benefit from the extensive experience of Argaam professional team with regard to the display of financial data and the deep understanding of investors’ needs for this data, Alrashoudi added.
It is worth noting that the new update will allow JAZADCO shareholders to view the company’s performance analyses and the latest financial data, stock charts, historical financial statements, along with its annual reports and analyst recommendations.
The new update also provides all financial data and features in English language to facilitate foreign investor access to various information about the company.
On the other hand, an investment calculator was introduced among the features of JAZADCO’s new webpage. The calculator allows shareholders to evaluate their investments in a specific period, in addition to other webpages that cover JAZADCO’s governance regulations and special offers to investors.
