The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented today, Aug. 30, securities quantity increase for Alandalus Property Co. on the center’s accounts of eligible securities holders.
According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital by 33.33% during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 25.
Capital will increase to SAR 933.33 million from SAR 700 million via one-for-three bonus share distribution.
