Swicorp Co. announced that Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund's board member Hammad Mughal resigned, effective as of Sept. 5, according to a bourse filing.
The fund's board members after the change are Daniel Schenker, Kwok Hansim, Faisal Mohammed Al Abdulkarim, and Abdullah Sulaiman Al Dahayan as non-independent, and Hussam Mohammed Abdulraouf, Ahmad Tawfiq Al Kusayer, and Ahmed Abdulaziz bin Hassan as independent.
