Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) said in a statement that a total of 51,700 workers and 29,200 establishments benefited from the initiative to improve the contractual relationship since it came into force.
The initiative seeks to boost the flexibility, effectiveness, and competitiveness of the labor market in line with international best practices.
According to data compiled by Argaam, the contractual relationship improvement initiative, launched by HRSD, came into effect on March 14.
The move, which is one of the national transformation program initiatives, aims to provide three main services, namely career mobility and development of the mechanisms of exit, return and final exit.
