Electrical Industries Co.’s board of directors, on Sept. 12, reappointed Yousef Al-Quraishi (non-executive) as Board Chairman for the new three-year term started on Sept. 10, 2021.
The board also appointed Mahmoud Al-Toukhi (non-executive) as Vice Chairman and Tariq Al-Tahini (executive) as Managing Director.
Meanwhile, the board approved the formation of the remunerations and nominations committee, which includes Jameel Al-Mulhem (independent), Mahmoud Al-Toukhi (non-executive) and Faisal Al-Quraishi (non-executive).
They also elected members of the audit committee for the same term, including Bader Al Swailem (independent), Sattam Abdul Aziz Al Zamil (independent) and Abdulaziz Al-Shabibi (non-board member).
The company also appointed its representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
