The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the update of free float shares for all listed issuers, effective from the start of trading on Sunday, Oct. 3, according to a statement.
Additionally, the following stocks will be included to the market indices, namely;
- Arabian Pipes Co., Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), and Materials Industry Group Index
- Tanmiah Food Co., TASI, and Food & Beverages Industry Group Index
- National Fertilizer Co. (MOBI), Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC)
- Canadian Medical Center Co., Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC)
- Banan Real Estate Co., Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC)
- Shatirah House Restaurant Co., Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC)
- Natural Gas Distribution Co., Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC)
Meanwhile, Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. will be excluded from TASI and Insurance Industry Group Index.
According to data compiled by Argaam, trading of Al Sagr Insurance’s shares is suspended from Sept. 21, as the company was unable to disclose Q2 2021 financials on time
