National Fertilizer Co.’s (MOBI) shareholders approved the board recommendation to pay cash dividend at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 per share, for the second quarter of 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 11, the company said in a bourse filing.

Shareholders also approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
Additionally, shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term, which begins Oct. 11, 2021.
The elected members include Abdullah Mohamed Al Nasser, Fahad Mohamed Al Nasser, Bander Suliman Al Bahairy, Saad Ajlan Al Ajlan, Yasser Hamid Al-Qahtani, and Asma Talal Al Hamdan.
Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee, defined its tasks, work controls, and remuneration of its members, for the same term.
Audit committee members include Bander Suliman Al Bahairy, Essam Abdullah Mohammed Al Nasser, and Abdullah Ahmed Mohammed Balsharaf.
