Hail Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote on the formation of audit committee, its tasks and supervisory and advising responsibilities, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for Nov. 10.
The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders will vote on the compensation for its members as stated in the regulation of audit committee for the next three-year term, from Nov. 30, 2021, to Nov. 29, 2024.
The candidates are Othman Mohammed Omar Bafagih and Mansour Saleh Al Kharboush – both independent, non-board member -- and Abdul Aziz Tareq Al Bassam, an independent board member.
Shareholders can begin e-voting on the agenda items through Tadawulaty website, as of Nov. 6.
