Al Kathiri Holding Co. said that its subsidiary, Alian Industry Co. received a land plot by the real estate developer, Abdul Rahman Saad Al-Rashid Co., to build a plant for the manufacture and supply of ready-mixed concrete in the second phase of Narjis View project, in Al-Jawan suburb.
The land plot spans 7,000 square meters (sqm), Al Kathiri said in a statement to Tadawul.
Alian is expected to start production at the plant from December, the company added, noting that any developments will be announced in due course.
