HSBC Saudi Arabia – in its capacity as the financial advisor, lead bookrunner, lead underwriter, and lead manager on the potential initial public offering (IPO) of Nayifat Finance Co. – announced today, Oct. 17, the publication of the company’s red herring prospectus.
Details are available at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Nayifat’s websites, where the red herring prospectus has been published, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.
