National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) received, on Oct. 20, an e-mail from Saudi Tadawul Group stating that its application for transition to the main market is “incomplete”.
Tadawul will be contacted to coordinate on fulfilling all market transition requirements, the company said in a bourse statement.
Any developments will be announced later, the statement added.
On June 17, NBM filed for transition to the main market to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) but withdrew the application on June 20 to finalize the required paperwork, according to data compiled by Argaam.
Earlier this week, the company refiled for transition to the main market.
