Natural Gas Distribution Co. appointed Raed Al Mubarak as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), starting from Dec. 15.
Al Mubarak held several executive positions in Saudi public and closed joint stock companies, the company said in a bourse statement.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University, in addition to several specialized training programs, the statement added.
According to data compiled by Argaam, Abdul Rahman Al Balawi, previous CEO of the company, resigned in October citing personal reasons.
