Halwani Bros. Co.'s board of directors approved, on Nov. 9, reappointing Abdul Aziz Yamani as Chairman and Abdullah Al Howaish as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse statement.
The board also gave the go-ahead for reappointing Thamer Temairik as Managing Director and Abdulnasser Attiah as the Secretary of the Board.
In addition, the nominations and remunerations committee as well as the executive committee were formed.
The company's representatives were appointed to represent it before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group for all purposes related to complying with the CMA Law and its Regulations.
The board also approved appointing the audit committee members for the three-year term, starting from Nov. 7.
