Methanol Chemicals Co.’s (Chemanol) board of directors decided, in a meeting on Nov. 14, to appoint Ali Abdul Aziz Al-Turki as Chairman, according to a bourse statement.
The board also appointed Melfi Manahi Almarzoqi as Vice Chairman, and approved the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee.
The committee members are Melfi Manahi Almarzoqi, Hani Sulaiman Alsaleh, and Saud Abdullah Al-Sanea.
The board also approved the appointment of the board secretary and the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Tadawul Group for all purposes related to the Capital Market Law application.
According to the statement, the ordinary general meeting held on Nov. 9 formed the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term, starting Nov. 12, 2021.
The committee members are Saad Ibrahim Al-Mushawah (Chairman), Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Al-Sheikh, and Khalid Abdul Aziz Al-Hoshan.
